CKB advised a U.S. human resources & financial services consulting MNC to lead the divestiture of one of its businesses in Malaysia via a sale to local management. CKB’s role:
- Develop divestiture project plan
- Lead a 20-person Client team covering all aspects of the divestiture including client services, finance, HR, IT, legal, real estate and PR & communications
- Advise on transaction structuring and execution
- Act as mediator between buyer and seller to recommend and negotiate solutions to bring the transaction to a speedy and successful close
