Acting COO/CFO
CKB advised a Hong Kong-based startup which provides innovative energy-efficient cooling solutions to the telecom industry.  CKB’s role:

• Work with CEO/Founder to expand business in Africa (Nigeria), Asia (Malaysia and Indonesia), and other markets
  
• Work with Client's external accounting firm to setup new accounting system to improve financial reporting and cash flow tracking
  
• Advise CEO/Founder on cash flow forecasting, production sourcing, overseas sales related matters, and company structure
  

Malaysia Divestiture
CKB advised a U.S. human resources & financial services consulting MNC to lead the divestiture of one of its businesses in Malaysia via a sale to local management.  CKB’s role:

• Develop divestiture project plan
  
• Lead a 20-person Client team covering all aspects of the divestiture including client services, finance, HR, IT, legal, real estate and PR & communications
  
• Advise on transaction structuring and execution
  
• Act as mediator between buyer and seller to recommend and negotiate solutions to bring the transaction to a speedy and successful close
